Jeff Mahoney, Founder & CEOJeff Mahoney has a twenty year track record as a top producing Sales Representative and Sales Manager. He has worked for prestigious companies such as MCI WorldCom, Pacific Bell, MFS Communications, WilTel Communications, PacTel Meridian and Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate. Jeff has excelled in sales and has consistently produced at record levels for these organizations. As a Sales Manager, Jeff gained the trust and commitment of his sales team by effectively coaching and training each individual. Under his leadership, his sales teams consistently exceeded production expectations. With a Masters Degree in Education from the University of Illinois and over thirty years experience teaching, Jeff is uniquely qualified as a speaker, trainer, coach, and consultant. Maureen Kohl Bennington, COOMaureen Kohl Bennington brings twenty three years experience in operations management, sales management, customer service and corporate training within the insurance, healthcare and corporate training industries. Ms. Bennington is highly motivated and has the ability to analyze business problems, initiate change rapidly and implement new processes in challenging and diverse environments. She has been responsible for creating multi-million dollar operations within non-existent markets. Creation of these new markets included training and coaching sales teams, insuring impeccable operational workflow and creating world class customer service. Ms. Bennington has coached sales staff to create opportunities on a national and regional level. She has then taken these new opportunities and created workflow from an operational perspective, implemented the programs and identified flexible and innovative service delivery options while simultaneously assessing the bottom line and delivering exceptional customer service. Ms. Bennington has authored industry specific sales and management articles in a variety of professional publications. Ms. Bennington also speaks to various professional organizations customizing her presentation to address issues related to sales, management, customer service and training.
Mercedes OzMercedes Oz is our Demand Gen & Marketing Automation Expert. She is a passionate demand generation guru with over 15 years of experience. She brings a proven record of developing marketing automation infrastructures including scoring, lead management, nurturing, qualifying as well as creating and executing successful campaigns. With experience at major corporations she has expert level knowledge of several marketing automation software as well as throughout knowledge of Salesforce.com. Mercedes has innovative ideas and received prestigious marketing excellence awards from top-ranked companies. She enjoys spending time with her two boys, three dogs, and one husband of 18 years.
